SWOPPING STEPS: 

1. Clean out your wardrobe, including clothes, shoes, hats and bags.

2. Bring up to 10 items to exchange at the event.

3. We will assess the quality and give you tokens for the items we accept to swap.

4. You'll receive 1 token per eligible item.

5. Browse items to take home, you can take home as many items as you have token.

6. Sign up to the TOP Swop Club and we'll add any remaining tokens to your account for future events

SELL: 

We offer 25% cashback on the resale value of high-quality items.

TRADE: 

Get 50% TOP Credit on the value of your items, which can be used at our pop-up events or online (our online store is launching soon!)

OUR SELLING GUIDE:

1. Bring in your clothes, and we'll calculate their value. 

2. To be accepted, items must be of high quality, purchased for over 1000HKD, and be unique or vintage. Fast fashion brands will not be accepted. 

3. For accepted items, you can get 50% TOP Credit for the item's value or 25% in cash. 

4. You can take the cash or TOP Credit or reject our offer and keep your items.

5. If you choose to accept the TOP Credit, we will load the amount onto your TOP Swop Club profile, and you can use that to buy other items for sale on our special SELL&TRADE racks at the event.
6. If we do not wish to buy your items, you still have the option to add items to the swop in exchange for tokens.

TRADE&SELL will run alongside all our swopping events. So, if you don't use all your TOP Credits at the event, don't worry! They will be on your TOP Swop Club account, and you can use them for future events, just like your Tokens.
